No, we do not charge a call-out fee, we charge you for the time in which we are working at your property with a minimum fee of one hour. Please see our rates page for more information.
Plumr does not just look after all your properties plumbing and heating requirements, we also are able to complete full Bathroom and Kitchen renovations. Please take a look at the services page on our website. If you do not see the service required please call the office on 0208 616 8710 who will be able to schedule you an appointment or provide a recommendation to a suitable company if we cannot.
Of course, we do, however only on larger works such as boiler and hot water installation and refurbishment works including Bathrooms and Kitchens. If you are unsure if your works would require a free estimate please call the office on 0208 616 8710 who can assist you further.
We are opening Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm and Saturday between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm. Sorry, we are closed on Sunday to rest!
Yes, we accept all major credit cards including American Express.
At present we do not offer finance but we are currently working on making this available to all our customers who wish for monthly instalments.
Plumr provides fixed priced works for all jobs which are accepted as an estimate or service, all emergency call outs are charged per hour with a minimum charge of one hour. After the first hour, we charge per 15 minutes, including the cost of any materials. As a company, we aim to complete all repairs on the same day, based upon the assumption that any materials we need are available to us.
We do carry basic stock within our vans, including some common boiler spares. However, don’t worry as we have several supplies available to us so will always try to get the materials needed to get you back up and running ASAP.
In order to provide an accurate price to install a boiler, we will need to visit the property as we calculate our prices based on materials required, and how long the works will take. Soon we hope to be able to quote via video call, watch this space!
Every job we attended is different as every home is different! We can provide you with an approximate time however we cannot guarantee a time.
You can make a bank transfer to us, or our engineer’s carry a card machine so you can pay them while they are onsite.
