If they do not already have one, the company should provide the engineer with the relevant training to acquire one. Not all engineers are qualified for all kinds of gas jobs. This makes it essential to check the ID card of your engineer before they begin the work. The back of the card will note all the jobs for which that specific engineer is qualified.
Checking A Company is Gas Safe Registered
