I needed to have an 20 year old boiler with all its parts replaced. Their quote was substantially cheaper than others yet the work done was still top-notch. They fitted the new Worcester Bosch lifestyle boiler, a new wider gas pipe, made the overflow pipe safe, new valves, installed NEST, magnetic filter and a power flush as well. It took about 3 days and the installer was very polite, tidy and did a fantastic job.
I would highly recommend this team and will be using them in the future for servicing and also installing a Megaflow in the coming year. Thanks.

They exceed my expectations. They explained everything from the beginning and were the only company at quotation stage, that were honest enough to explain the possible difficulties that could have arisen once boiler fitted. I.E extra costs that I was prepared I might need to pay out. Luckily it didn’t happen. Were very patience with all my questions. Arrived early and cleaned better than my tenants. Boiler guarantee arrived without chasing. A bit more expensive but the experience was worth it. Thank you Connie, Mickey and Iain. Would not hesitate to recommend their professionalism.

Mikey arrived just after 8 am to start work replacing our boiler. He did so in a timely and professional manner. The work took a little over 5hrs. He ran through the features of the new boiler and fully tested the hot water and radiators throughout the house. He was pleasant and courteous to myself and my two small children who were also at home. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Mikey/Plumr or using them again for any other work

Can’t speak highly enough of this company. Whether it was the lady on the phone, the chap who came to quote, or the gents who fitted the boiler, they were all polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Other companies were indicating I’d have to wait 14 days before I could have the work done and plumr had everything wrapped up before the week was out. 10/10.
